From the owner of NOVA 535, Michael S. Novilla:
“I’ve added the term Industrial-chic to my vocabulary, a sexier way to describe our intended NOVA 535 construction design elements. Bricks, steel, hardwood, wrought-iron, and ribbed glass; all are industrial, and yet also, what we referred to as timeless. Timeless elements. Like cool, hip, sexy and fun. A perfect way to describe our delightful clients Tom and Brittany, to whom I was most grateful for entrusting Team NOVA to deliver our promised 5-star experience for their Industrial-Chic St. Pete Wedding. Congratulations, you both look fantastic, enjoy your married life together!
Industrial-Chic St. Pete Wedding
Industrial-chic weddings are on trend right now, and Brittany and Thomas’ fall wedding featured touches of glam mixed with metallic elements.
“I chose to have an industrial style wedding because I love all the textures it entails. I’m obsessed with Edison bulbs, brick anything, copper, concrete, and metals!” the bride shared.
For the reception centerpieces, the couple included an eclectic blend of metal cans, light bulbs, and succulents. The color palette was autumn perfection, with rich burgundy and gold metallics balancing the navy blue of the groomsmen’s suits.
“I chose dark burgundy because it’s my favorite color, it looks good on all skin colors,” the bride explained. “It was romantic and perfect for our fall wedding!”
We love the personalized touches of heritage with the Irish-themed pot of gold cake pops complemented by a red velvet naked cake.
The NOVA 535 Wedding Experience:
To make the bride and groom’s industrial-chic St. Pete wedding come to life, the right event venue was key.
“I wanted a venue with lots of space, minimal decorations needed, and a place with character that incorporated the industrial look I was envisioning,” Brittany explained.
When it came time to choose the perfect wedding venue, NOVA 535 checked every box for the bride.
“I chose NOVA because it encompassed everything I wanted in a venue!” Brittany gushed. “From the brick courtyard with the bamboo and the interior space and decor, I loved everything about it!”
It wasn’t just the space that this couple fell in love with, but the also top-notch service and experience that the NOVA 535 team is known for.
“The service was fantastic, I paid for a package that included literally everything I needed (most importantly the open bar was decently priced),” the bride shared. “My coordinator was easy to get a hold of and helped me through the time leading up and day of. Fantastic experience!”
