Half-Day = up to 4 hours total venue time for $895

= Maximum one discount, valid Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.
25% off venue rental fee during June, July and August.
25% off venue rental fee within within 90 Days of Event
50% off venue rental fee within 30 days of your event.

High-End Lighting, Sound, HD Video Systems, Furniture (NOVA has several designer couches, lots of dining / cocktail / catering tables and 200 black dining chairs) and lanterns with oil candles and vases for decorating, (check our inventory) saving you thousands of rental dollars; eliminating stress and headaches! BAR PACKAGES are purchased per GUEST per HOUR. To fit your exact bar needs and budget, you have the flexibility to purchase multiple packages within the same event, to purchase a base package and add a consumption tab along with it and more. No substitution of beverages between packages. Ask your NOVA Venue Manager for more information.

HOUSE LIQUOR PACKAGE  $ 9.95 per GUEST per HOUR  includes Bud Lite and Yuengling Bottled Beers, 1 House Red and 1 White House Wine, Seagram’s 7 Whiskey and Smirnoff Vodka, plus all non-alcoholic beverages.

SCHOOL and PROM PACKAGE   $ 7.95 per (21 years and under) GUEST  Includes all non-alcoholic beverage and has a 5 hour maximum event length. Available ONLY for UNDER 21 School Functions and Proms


DRINK TICKETS  $ 5 to  $ 15 per ticket
Drink tickets are prepaid and priced at same level as cash/credit bar price. All tickets can be redeemed for a beverage of equal or lesser value to ticket cost. Premium ticket can be used for a Premium, Call, Beer, Wine or any non-alcoholic beverage. Tickets have no cash value. One drink per ticket. Single pour beverages only.

We are delighted to create signature cocktails (single 1.5 ounce pour) for your prepaid bar PACKAGE. Choose items from within your prepaid package and we’ll serve them to your guests, as they are ordered, at the bar. If you want any additional items, we will bill you accordingly. To include items found in higher package, that higher package must be ordered. No substitutions allowed. Printed personalized bar menus available for purchase.

A cocktail price is comprised of 3 things:
1 = The Quality of the Liquor: House, Call, Premium, Supernova
2 = Single  = 1.5 ounces OR 3.0 ounces = Double Pour of Spirits
3 = The other ingredients (mixers) in the cocktail.

What we need from you:
Exact Cocktail Menu: Example: Patron Tequila 1.5 ounces, 2.0 ounces Lime Juice, 2.0 ounces agave (or simple syrup). Salt rim of glass.  Lime Wedge.
You can give us a COLOR (pink, blue, green, etc), THEME (Valentine’s, Holidays, Summer Refreshing, etc), or TASTE (sweet, sour, etc) and our professional bar team will offer you suggestions.


BAR SERVICE: All beverages are served from the bar, one drink per guest, with valid photo ID.  All bar services and packages include clean and polished glassware, cocktail napkins, olive-picks, filtered ice and water, and fruit garnishes including cherries, lemons, limes, olives. We avoid single use plastic including no straws, though eco-friendly compostable “plastic” items are available upon request.

CASH BAR: Our friendly and professional NOVA 535 Bar is ALWAYS OPEN as a CASH / CREDIT bar until you purchase a package. Packages are purchased in advance, per person per hour. Prices subject to change. All beverages and package based on pricing found here on NOVA 535 Bar Menu.

DRINK TICKETS must be purchased in advance, with physical tickets supplied by client unless otherwise noted. In mixed packages, drink tickets are purchased at the highest beverage cost, and each ticket is good for 1 drink only. No half tickets accepted. Drink tickets have no cash value and are only valid during your event.

GRATUITY is always appreciated but not required when purchasing bar packages. 20% Gratuity will be applied to ALL Consumption tabs. In a package, tip jars will be placed on the bar unless 20% gratuity is prepaid.

NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES:  No outside beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are allowed on the premises. ALL beverages MUST be supplied by NOVA through our approved distributors.

POUR AMOUNTS: All Bar packages include single pour beverages only.  Single = 1×1.5 = 1.5 ounces of Spirits.  Double  = 2×1.5 = 3.0 ounces of Spirits.

SALES TAX  is included in by the Glass / Bottle / Case prices purchased at the bar. It is added in addition to the Package prices. 

SHOTS are never included in any package though are available for cash/credit purchases at the bar.

SPECIAL BEVERAGE ORDERS can be added to your invoice in advance at the current posted bottle/case price. We have access to any spirits in the Florida supply chain, please special order by 30 days before your event.

STAFFING: Package prices do not include bar staffing. To ensure each and every guests has fast and efficient five-star service, the bar is staffed based on a minimum of 1 Bartender per 75 guests and 1 barback per 100 guests. You are welcome to add more staffing based on your particular bar service needs.


YES! Use ANY LICENSED and INSURED vendor for catering, planning, entertainers, photography, etc. NOVA always runs the bar and our venue manager attends every NOVA event.

  • Relax you can have any kind of food you desire!
  • Food vendors must be properly licensed and insured and are subject to NOVA Expectations Contract.
  • If you use NOVA catering or one of our Preferred Food Vendors, our $ 395 Catering fee is waived. Preferred vendors list available after booking with NOVA and are subject to change. Again no worries, you can have any kind of food you want.
  • Caterer provides plates, silverware, napkins, and servers OR rent from NOVA.

Barback  $195 for up to 6 hours. $ 50/hour additional.
1 barback required for every open bar and for every 100 guests.
Barback provides bar support services, cleaning, stocking, supplies, etc.

Bartender  $195 for up to 6 hours. $ 100/hour additional.
1 per every 75 guests and each open bar.

Doorman/Security $195 for up to 6 hours. $ 100/hour additional.
1 Doorman required for most events to help ensure invited guests only. Additional Security required for public events, typically 1/100 guests.

DJ – Complex $1,195 for up to 6 hours, plus includes rehearsal. $ 200/hour additional
DJ to meet with you prior to your event plus attend NOVA wedding rehearsal. This includes all equipment. Complex includes Weddings, Receptions, Mitzvahs, etc.

DJ – Simple $795 for up to 6 hours. $ 200/hour additional
DJ to meet with you prior to your event. This includes all equipment.

AV Lighting Systems and Tech $395 for up to 6 hours. $ 100/hour additional.
Use of NOVA AV (Sound, Lighting and HD Video systems). Includes NOVA AV Tech to Set up and Operate AV Lighting Systems, plus covers Music Royalty fees.

Venue Management – Complex Events $1,195 for up to 6 hours. $ 295/hour additional.
Venue Management includes professional management and execution of your event. This includes customer service and planning from booking and an experienced day of coordinator, who will be at your event from initial setup until your last guest has left the building. Includes your personalized planning session, detailed event timeline, floor-plan and more. NOVA venue management required for all events. Complex events include all weddings, receptions, Mitzvahs, Sweet 16 / Qunicencerias , etc. (Full service planning also available, please just ask.)

Venue Management – Simple Events $795 for up to 6 hours. $ 200/hour additional.

This includes customer service and planning from booking and an experienced day of coordinator, who will be at your event from initial setup until your last guest has left the building. Includes your personalized planning session, detailed event timeline, floor-plan and more. NOVA venue management required for all events.

Parking:  Free Parking is available on the street and in lots nearby for around 150 cars. We recommend valet parking for larger events. If you don’t have a valet company then use ours.


VALET is $195 per attendant up to 6 hours. Add $ 50 / attendant / hour.

0-50 Guests = 2    50-150 Guests= 3    151-200= 4    200-250= 5    250+ = 6+


Linens: Are rented from NOVA with endless of colors and styles to choose from.

  • SIZES:
    • 30″, 32″, 36″, 48″, 60″ round tables use 120″ round linens.
    • 4′ and 6′ rectangular tables use 90″ x 132″ linens.
    • Black or White $15
    • Solid Colors $ 23 and up.
    • Custom are priced accordingly.

ART WORK: As all art is subjective, we allow it to be removed for $25 / piece. Yes you can bring your own artwork and decorate NOVA. Only professionals with licenses and insurance are allowed up on ladders.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES available through our partners include Full Service Event Planning, Catering, Decorations, Entertainment, Flowers, Furniture, Linens, Lodging, Staging, Tents, Transportation, and virtually anything else you desire. Think of NOVA as your blank canvas to create your unique event.

      • All third-party vendors are expected to be licensed and insured – additional fees may be required.
      • Stages, tables, chairs and table linens are all rented through NOVA 535. Check out our inventory.
      • Tax to be added to all applicable goods and services.
      • Prices and terms subject to change until under written contract.
      • All items load in day of and MUST be removed at end of event.
