Choose healthy, feel strong and live happy was the theme of the evening at gorgeous event venue NOVA 535 in Downtown St. Pete. To some that may feel like an unobtainable goal or complex idea of living. In actuality, the changes you need to make are simple and with access to the proper resources, you can be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in no time! Thankfully, Mika Rotunda, who describes herself as an Eternal Optimist and Fitness Guru, is here to help you feel not-so-overwhelmed on your journey to optimization! She, along with Michael Novilla (owner of NOVA and founder of Entrepreneur Social Club) and DowntownStPete.com brought the health-conscious community of DTSP together under one roof for St. Pete Healthy Lifestyles at NOVA 535 on Thursday, July 28, 2016.

These unique companies, Mika’s motivational pizzazz and the incredibly responsive crowd all came together, united as a hub for positive well-being.Mika created a delicious and HEALTHY spread of dishes for everyone to enjoy at the event. Ray’s Vegan Soul was a popular destination of the evening. Owner, Ray Milton, brings flavor, style and soul to his mouthwatering vegan recipes. The guys over at Craft Kafe create scrumptious desserts that make you forget they are gluten free! Because gluten free doesn’t always have to taste like cardboard, I promise. Roland and Johan, owners of Cider Press, proves to us that healthy can have flavor! Their “sushi” rolls are my favorite. Check ’em out. Interested in luxurious, flour-free chocolate cake?
