What’s a 1935 Plymouth PJ Deluxe Photobooth?

Our friends Mark and Shelli Olsen, the owners of Get the Picture Photo Booths, found here in Tampa Bay Florida. They are the kind of people you WANT at your next party. Trust me on this. They’ve been here at NOVA 535 Unique Event Space for all kinds of parties and corporate events. Shelli and Mark have always been a hit. As fellow Entrepreneurs and small business owners, they wanted to push the envelope “just a bit.” By purchasing a gorgeous 1935 Plymouth PJ Deluxe and fitting in the photo booth equipment. So my mind, that of an Entrepreneur, thought “hmmm, How about I bring them into our monthly NOVA Open House” where we feature the incredible Bay Kings Band. My pal Joe Budious taught me long ago before NOVA was NOVA, he said: “Always STACK Events”. Meaning to add several synergistic events together into one grand event. His genius still holds!

So we drove their newly acquired, and gorgeous, 1935 Plymouth PJ Deluxe into NOVA (of course we can put a car INSIDE of NOVA!) and the film crew Scatter Brothers Productions, Ben Daniele and Doug Tschirhart, spent the night getting all the right footage. Funny terms we still use, footage, though everything is 1s and 0s these days….anyhoo… the Bay Kings Band, the regions premier wedding and event band, performed their incredible sets for just over an hour. So after the film shoot for Get the Picture Photobooths was wrapped, and Bay Kings Band was just about out the door, we had a special guest, the fabulous singer/songwriter Jennifer Real pop in with a few friends, one of them another singer-songwriter of Iris Calling. Jennifer has an incredible voice and she is hilarious…so just a quick clip of the impromptu song she sang to me…
