Royal Blue and White Spanish Inspired St. Pete Wedding

Rocio and Carlos featured an Old Spanish theme, inspired by the bride’s heritage, for their beautiful blue and white summer St. Pete wedding.

“The inspiration for our wedding was Old San Juan Puerto Rico,” the bride shared. “I grew up in Puerto Rico and was always inspired by Old Spanish architecture and brick, cobblestone accents.”

This vibrant look required a unique venue for the Clearwater couple, and NOVA 535 created the perfect atmosphere.

“NOVA 535 captured a lot of that Old Spanish feel. From the moment they opened the gate to the bamboo garden, I knew this was the venue!” Rocio gushed. “The amazing brick accents and black iron staircase, this venue captured my vision.”

A Puerto Rican inspired wedding wouldn’t be complete without a blue as bright as the ocean.

“Our colors were royal blue and white. I chose them very early on the planning process. Royal blue is Carlos’ favorite color, but I also wanted to incorporate and capture the royal blue color of the Caribbean water,” the bride explained.

Rocio and Carlos made family and guest experience a top priority.

“NOVA 535 went above and beyond for us. When they told us all that the venue included for the price they quoted us, we almost fell over. It was amazing,” Rosie raved. “They provided world-class lighting, so I did not need to worry about the accent lighting I wanted. They provided an event coordinator, which was amazing. Words cannot describe how grateful I was for our coordinator Ruby throughout this process.”
