What does the Venue Manager do?

(1) Updating your MyNOVAEvent Event Schedule
Include your floorplan, timeline, vendor list, invoice, and other event details located inside MyNOVAEvent.com

(2) Scheduling and Coordinating your Rehearsal
Your NOVA wedding rehearsal is set at the 30-day mark once all final details, final headcount, and payment in full have been received. Based on venue availability.

(3) Vendor Confirmation Email
Sent from our system to confirm vendor arrival and departure times as well as provide vendors with helpful event information and links.

(4) Day-of Decor Set up
Place decor including cake cutting utensils, toasting glasses, bar signage, seating chart (does not include individual escort cards), and memory table items. All other assembled decor items must be agreed to in writing and may incur an additional fee. All items must come fully assembled and placement-ready.

(5) Day-of Coordination
Includes timeline management, coordination of ceremony Line-up, on-site vendor communication, and facilitation of all NOVA 535 related tasks.
