DURING YOUR TOUR:

1   NOVA will custom create an estimate for you based on your initial head count and selected goods and services.
[]  Once you’ve approved your estimate we’ll add you to our MyNOVAEvent.com system, which will include your invoice
[]  Then you make your first nonrefundable payment (of at least) 20%.
[]  After we receive your payment we will send you an updated invoice (reflecting your first payment made), along with our terms and condition contract, for your digital signature(s).

2  Your invoice will include your chosen PAYMENT PLAN:
[]  Initial nonrefundable payment of (at least) 20% plus
[]  Monthly payments  *** OR *** 4 x 20 % payments
[]  Final headcount and payment is due at 30 days prior to your event.
[]  All payments are nonrefundable.

AFTER YOU BOOK an EVENT at NOVA – FAQs

CHANGES in HEADCOUNT:
[]  You have until 30 days prior to your event to give us your final headcount (FHC). Your final payment is also due at 30 days prior to, so if your FHC goes up your final payment goes up, if your FHC goes down, then your final payment goes down.
[]  At 14 days prior to any changes made result in $ 95 per change fee to help avoid last minute mistakes. We want every event to be 5 Star.

[]   PAY ANYTIME with eCheck or Credit Card at http://nova535.com/payment/
FREE WINE: for every 1/3 of the your total event invoice that YOU PAY WITH eCHECK (not your debit card) you’ll receive a free bottle of red / white / sparkling wine at your event (3 bottles max.) We are rewarding you with wine for our not paying credit card fees.
